Un Poema : Aprenderes

Extrañamente regreso hacia el punto de partida

inicio de mis inseguridades

final de mis pesares.

Abatimientos que desaparecen

al evocar su gélida sonrisa

que me alivia y conforta

al esperar el tren de salida

que me llevará a la apertura

de mi nueva vida.

Aprendo hacer tiempo e ir al encuentro

a la expectativa de un mundo desconocido

que me aguarda con brazos abiertos

francos y sinceros

leales a mi aprendizaje

fieles a mi desconocimiento.

Bienvenida seas extraña

parece que dijera el cosmos entero

al verme pasar sentada en la silla trasera

del tren que conlleva mi vida.

Con el fin de enfocarnos apropiadamente al concepto de políticas educativas debemos tener en cuenta la significancia de las mismas. Las políticas educativas son todas aquellas leyes impuestas por el estado con el objeto de garantizar la educación de la manera más optima dentro de una sociedad o comunidad. Cheech Marin´s comedy film " Born in East L.A ." (1987), endures after thirty- four years of its production not only for its cinematographic elements but also for the way the film uses humor and irony to represent the south of the border as the setting for complex issues such as citizenship and immigration. In 1987, Richard Anthony “Cheech” Marin, an American comedian, writer, and filmmaker, wrote the script for " Born in East L.A." , based on a true story of an American citizen of Mexican origin deported to Mexico while listening to Bruce Springsteen´s song “Born in the U.S.A.” (Noriega 190). The film´s main character, Rudy Robles, an American citizen born but of Mexican origin, lives with his mother in East Los Angeles, California.
